Multiple characters.

Mecha, hyper shaped or hyper muscular bodies.

Sergals, MLP, pokemons or other IP characters.

I will not draw characters based on description. I need clear references.

Payments & correspondence are expected within 48 hours of claiming a commission slot or else it may be forfeited to someone else.

Payments are made upfront through PayPal invoice.

Cancellations before art is started: Client can get refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.

Cancellations for art in the sketch stage: Client may get a partial refund.

Cancellations for art that is already in the rendering stage: No refunds!

ETA is up to 2 months depending on commission style, queue and my RL work schedule!

After you've claimed and paid your slot, I can begin sketching.

You will receive a rough sketch WIP for approval plus 3 free revisions, then it'll be $15 per extra revision.

Corrections based on MY mistakes are always free!

I may adjust characters that are plain black/white or too brightly colored to work with my shading style.

Note that the final results may differ slightly from the sketch as I often make corrections as I begin to render the art!

Once the art is finished you receive: 1 full resolution PNG for personal use. 1 smaller resolution PNG for public web posting.

I reserve all rights to any artwork I create.

I have the right to cancel/deny any service at my discretion!

I have the right to post WIPS and showcase commissioned work to promote my art.

I have the right to blacklist clients in case of: repeated payment delays, unserious bids, overstepping boundaries, etc.

Falsely creating chargebacks will lead to bewares and client lose all rights to use the image. I as the artist will have the right to repurpose the artwork.

I do NOT permit my art to be edited or used for commercial purposes!

I do NOT permit my art to be used for AI/ AI training!

The client have the right to use commissioned art for personal purposes only! Such as: Cropping for PFP, using as banner, posting on personal socials.

The original artwork itself may not be edited or used for commercial purposes! (examples like selling prints, stickers, a bookcover intended to sell, etc) as this infringes on my copyrights.

Clients who wish to keep a commission fully private must pay an NDA fee of 30% of the total commission cost.

Clients who wish to keep a commission short term private in case of gift surprises can do so at no fee, but must disclose this before finalizing payments.

The buyer of an adopt will own the rights to the character and can use the character design itself for any purposes. Name them whatever, genderbend or even change the design.

The original artwork itself may not be edited or used for commercial purposes! (examples like selling prints, stickers, a bookcover intended to sell, etc) as this infringes on my copyrights.

The buyer is however allowed to crop the original art to be used as a pfp, banner, as a PNGtuber and likewise personal purposes.

The buyer is not allowed to sell the adopt for more than it was purchased unless it comes with additional commissioned artwork.
