  • No WIPs offered for Busts as I like to do them quickly in one sitting.

  • More rendering, shading & dynamic lighting.

  • Paid backgrounds vary depending on complexity! I'm better at organic rather than hard surface objects. Free backgrounds are plain, gradient or abstract shapes.

  • Rendered in grayscale values.

  • Option to choose ONE color accent.

TERMS OF SERVICE

will draw

  • For legal age, 18+ clients only!

  • SFW (Covered, No visible bits).

  • Most anthro species, kemonomimi, critters. Ask if unsure!

  • Any gender.

  • I work best with a bit of artistic liberty for posing.

  • You can request the general idea, mood or outfit of your character.

will not draw

  • NSFW (Sexually explicit acts, kinks, fetish stuff)

  • Multiple characters.

  • Very large and overly detailed illustrations.

  • Hyper size or hyper proportions.

  • Mecha, minors, gore, tentacles, multiple limbs.

  • MLP, pokemons or other IP characters.

  • I will not draw characters based on description. I need clear references.

WORKFLOW

  1. Correspondence and payments are expected within 72 hours of claiming a commission slot or else it may be forfeited to someone else.

  2. ETA: 1 - 2 months depending on commission style and my queue!

  3. You'll recieve 1 WIP sketch for approval or possible small edits. (WIPs not offered for simple render busts)

  4. First 3 revisions are free, then it'll be €15 per extra revision.

  5. Corrections based on MY mistakes are always free!

  6. I may adjust characters that are plain black/white or too brightly colored to work with my shading style.

  7. Completed commission: You recieve 1 highres PNG and 1 lowres PNG. Preferably using the lowres one for posting online.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. I take upfront payments, using paypal invoice (this may be expanded).

  2. Cancelling before work starts: €20 Cancellation fee.

  3. Cancelling in sketch phase: 50% refund.

  4. Cancelling after coloring or later: No refund!

  5. Chargebacks without cause will immediatly forfeit all client usage rights and I may repurpose the artwork.

USAGE & RIGHTS

  1. I retain full copyright to any artwork I create.

  2. Clients may use the art for personal use only, such as posting on socials, pfp/banner crops, printing to display in ones home.

  3. No commercial use permitted, unless there's been a specified license agreement. This comes at much higher pricing.

  4. Do not edit or remove watermarks/signatures. Credit is appreciated when posting my art online.

  5. No AI use of any kind: My artwork may not be uploaded, shared, scraped, edited or used for any AI/ML purpose (training, datasets, prompting, inference, style transfer, animation, voice overs).

  6. I may post WIPS and client work for my portfolio and socials.

  7. If you want a commission to be private, it must be discussed beforehand and if approved, it comes with a privacy fee of €50.

  8. Commissions with a shorter deadline also has a rushed commission fee of €50.

  9. I may decline/cancel a service at my discretion.

ADOPT SPECIFIC RIGHTS

  1. When you purchase an Adopt, you will own that character.

  2. The copyright of the artwork still belongs to me and you may not make any edits to the original piece, nor use it for commercial purposes.

  3. I put no limitations on what you do with the adopted character. You can use the design for your Vtuber/PNGtuber. You can name it whatever, give it any gender or even change the character concept/design (with new arts).

  4. You can resell the adopt, but not higher than what you purchased it for, unless it comes with additional artwork.
