COMMISSION FAQSWhy are you only offering one style of art nowadays?
- I'm currently exploring a style which allows me to improve more on fundamentals, gestures and speed. So you may see this style evolve naturally as time progresses!Can I commission you to draw your own character?
- Heck yeah! as long as it's SFW and not fetish related.What kind of tablet/program do you use?
I'm currently using a Huion Kamvas 22 plus tablet and draw in Clip Studio Paint.

TERMS OF SERVICE

WILL DRAW

  • SFW / Suggestive (such as lingerie).

  • Most anthro species, kemonomimi, critters. Ask if unsure!

  • Any gender.

  • I work best with a bit of artistic liberty for posing.

  • You can request the general idea, mood or outfit of your character.

WILL NOT DRAW

  • NSFW (Sexually explicit acts, kinks, fetish stuff)

  • Very large and overly detailed illustrations.

  • Hyper size or hyper proportions.

  • Mecha, minors, gore, tentacles, multiple limbs.

  • Characters based on description. I need clear references.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. Prices are advertised in €EUR for familiarity, but all invoices will be sent in my local currency SEK (google EUR to your own currency). This also applies to auctions.

  2. Payments are upfront with paypal invoice (this may be expanded).

  3. Cancelling before settlement/unpaid invoice: No fee.

  4. Cancelling settled commission, before started: €20 fee (200 SEK).

  5. Cancelling in sketch phase: Partial refund.

  6. Cancelling after coloring or later: No refund!

  7. Chargebacks without cause will immediatly forfeit all client usage rights and I may repurpose/resell the artwork.

WORKFLOW

  1. Correspondence and payments are expected within 72 hours of claiming a commission slot or else it may be forfeited.

  2. If you want a commission to be private, it must be discussed beforehand and approved!

  3. You'll receive 1 sketch WIP for approval or possible small edits.

  4. ETA: 1 week - 1 month.

  5. Completion: You recieve 1 fullres PNG and 1 smallres PNG. Preferably using the lowres one for posting online.

USAGE & RIGHTS

  1. I only accept working for clients of legal age, 18+!

  2. I retain full copyright to any artwork I create.

  3. Clients may use the art for personal use only.

  4. No commercial use permitted, unless there's been a specified license agreement. This comes at much higher pricing.

  5. Do not edit or remove watermarks/signatures. Credit is appreciated when posting my art online.

  6. I do NOT permit my art to be used for any kind of AI/ML purposes such as being uploaded, shared, scraped, edited, trained on, datasets, prompting, style transfer, animation, voice overs.

  7. I may post WIPS and client work for my portfolio and socials.

  8. I may decline/cancel a service at my discretion.

ADOPT SPECIFIC RIGHTS

  1. When you purchase an Adopt, you're buying the IP rights to the character. The copyright of the artwork still belongs to the artist.

  2. The artwork itself may not be used for any commercial purposes.

  3. You can name the character, give it your own lore or even change the character design (with new arts).

  4. Bidding may be in €EUR or $USD for familiarity. But the final bid will be converted and invoiced in SEK (swedish krona) by paypal.

  5. Payments are expected upfront within 48 hours of winning.

  6. You will receive the high res files and have the IP rights transferred over once the payment has been made in full.

  7. You can not resell the adopt for higher than what you purchased it for, unless it comes with additional artwork.

  8. I do NOT permit the original art to be edited or used for AI/ML/NFT.
